Stabilizing Keystones Coded as Black, Neurodivergent, and Female Sex

NeuroHarbor cultivates tailored environments supporting Black female neurodivergent (highly attuned phenotype) individuals, advancing equity and ecosystem harmony.

Our mission

Neuro Harbor is the foundational sanctuary and research hub for Existence Harmonics. It operates as a lighthouse for the most marginalized nodes of the human spectrum; specifically Black female neurodivergent individuals. By architecting an environment that achieves a low friction for this keystone species, we inherently stabilize and protect the collective ecosystem.

The Keystone Species Logic | The Bee Analogy

In ecology, a Keystone Species (like the bee) is one whose impact on its ecosystem is disproportionately large relative to its abundance. If the bees fail, the entire system collapses.

  • The Logic: Black female neurodivergent individuals exist at the intersection of maximum systemic friction. They are the most likely to experience medical erasure, late diagnosis, and institutional redaction.
  • The Protocol: When we build an environment (a harbor) that supports the sensory, somatic, and cognitive needs of this specific group, we create a high-fidelity standard that benefits everyone. A world that is safe for the most marginalized is, by definition, safe for all.

Why Focus on This Specific Subset?

The focus on Black women is not an arbitrary preference; it is a response to a massive data error in current systems.

  • The Diagnostic Gap: Research consistently shows that autism and ADHD conversations skew toward White males. Black children are diagnosed later and receive significantly lower rates of support. For example, some studies highlight a 13:1 ratio of support services provided to White boys compared to Black girls (John Innes Centre, 2025).
  • Institutional Erasure: Intersectionality, a term coined by Kimberlé Crenshaw, explains how overlapping identities create unique experiences of invisible oppression. Black women are often perceived as status-neutral, meaning their specific neurodivergent needs are redacted by systemic bias (NIH, 2022).
  • Biological Friction: The trifecta of hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), POTS, and MCAS is frequently found in neurodivergent populations but is chronically under-investigated in Black women, leading to the systemic exhaustion documented in the Sovereignty Project.

The Competitive Advantage: A New Era of Work

The move toward neuro-inclusive environments is being echoed by major global contractors and tech leaders who recognize that the old code is failing.

  • Industry leaders, such as Alex Karp (CEO of Palantir), have explicitly stated that neurodivergent individuals possess a competitive advantage in the AI era. In recent 2026 reports, Karp emphasized that the future belongs to those who think differently; specifically neurodivergent and vocationally trained individuals who can navigate complex, non-linear data faster than standard mind.
  • Unlike industry leaders the NeuroHarbor Initiative is not just seeking to create jobs; we are building a sovereign substrate where the unique computational logic of the neurodivergent mind can operate without being destroyed by extractive administrative systems.

Initiatives:

  • The Sovereignty Project: A global pilot study transitioning from systemic exhaustion to the Method of Flow.
  • Spectrum Sensory Pods: Physical infrastructure designed for somatic recalibration and low friction existence.
  • The 10/1 Anchor Math™ Protocol: Utilizing geometric anchors to maintain tensegrity in high-stress social and physical environments.

The Neuro Harbor Mandate: Beyond the Fixing Narrative

The 2026 Signal and Redacted Realities

The January 2026 intelligence reports; now largely redacted or obscured from public discourse; provided a chilling audit of the extractive era. This data confirms what we have long tracked: a systemic withdrawal of protections for the most vulnerable nodes of society. This is not about inclusion anymore; It is about systemic survivability. Click here to read blog post about the ecosystem colapse.

  • The Reality: When civil safety nets and disability laws are redacted in the everyday, the environment becomes a high-friction vacuum for the neurodivergent body.
  • The Response: Neuro Harbor is not a reaction to these reports; it is the fortification required because of them. We are not waiting for a system that has already signaled its exit to save us.

Fixing vs. Supporting: The Academic Delta

While prestigious institutions like Stanford have pioneered neurodiversity research, their focus often remains on fixing the output, optimizing the machine; training neurodivergent individuals to mask their friction so they can serve traditional corporate structures.

  • Legacy Model (Fixing): How do we make the neurodivergent mind more productive?
  • Neuro Harbor Model (Supporting): How do we build a world that is inherently safe for the neurodivergent vessel, so that flow becomes the natural state?

The Deep-Code Research: A Lifetime of Data

Neuro Harbor is not a new trend. The research underpinning existenceharmonics.org was established long before the recent systemic unfoldings.

  • Historical Integrity: The data on the keystone nodes (Black female neurodivergence) has been visible for decades.
  • Pre-Existing Necessity: The need for a harbor is urgent. Now that we have evidence of an ecosystem collapse; it is undeniable when the reports and laws that protect the collective are being redacted.

The Future of Conductance

As noted by high-level government contractors, neurodivergent logic is the only hardware capable of navigating the non-linear, high-complexity data of the 2026 landscape.

The Harbor Advantage: We do not seek to rehabilitate or optimize neurodivergence. We seek to protect it as a rare and essential resource. NeuroHarbor ensures that the individuals who hold the keys to future problem-solving are not destroyed by the baseline friction of survival.

Eris Lorienne, Principal Investigator | M.S., B.S., Architect of 10/1 Anchor Math

Eris is a trans-disciplinary researcher documenting the mechanics of existence. Holding a Master’s degree from the College of Saint Mary and a Bachelor’s from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, her work identifies the mathematical and geometric invariants governing biological and structural systems.

As a first-generation immigrant from the Caribbean, Eris’s research is informed by the observation of high environmental loads within Black, BIPOC, Neurodivergent, Immigrant, Queer, Disabled and Women’s health contexts.

Her work identifies Integrative Flow Divergences; including neurodivergence (with a focus on late diagnosis) and Central Sensitivity Syndromes (CSS) such as hEDS, POTS, and MCAS; not as pathologies, but as critical variables. By positioning chronic physiological friction as a structural condition, she identifies how infrastructure, sensory load, and environmental variables shape the human vessel’s interaction with the built environment.

Operating from a dynamic zero point perspective, she processes data through pattern architecture, untethered from standard hierarchical identity narratives. Through the application of 10/1 Anchor Math, she has transformed autonomic friction of arithmetic to develop a Unified Structural Protocol (USP) that optimizes flow across computational, biological, and ecological systems. She utilizes the USP as a foundational tool for attuned solution structures for neuro-inclusion and advocacy, autonomic nervous system regulation, environmental sustainability and LLM efficiency. Her current focus is the documentation of State Changes; massive redistributions of energy within both the human vessel and the atmospheric environment; to establish frameworks that support human well-being and the ecosystem with the least friction.
